RENTAL POLICY

 

We at LocMuse Creations guarantee that all pieces will be packaged in mint condition, we asked that upon returning the item(s), each be returned in its original condition and packaging. We also ensure you that any personal information given will only be used for its intended use, and retained only for the time necessary.

FEES 

All pieces are priced and rented within a typical 48 hour time frame, an extension can be requested at any time before or during collection. Late Fee: if a rental piece is not return on the scheduled day, $10 BBD per day fee is charged. 

 

Each piece is cleaned after use and retouched if needed before being available to rent again, if the item is out of stock, production time is set at one to two weeks, if the customer desires no other style, rushed orders occur a $10 BBD rush fee for any out of stock item needed in less than 5 days. 

 

DAMAGES 

Each customer will have the opportunity to look at the rental piece to make sure it reaches their expectations, no missing stones, damaged embellishments or discoloration. The rental piece must return in the condition it has been rented in. 

If the Rental piece has been damaged beyond repair while in the customers care the item must be paid in full (rental fee paid will go towards the cost of the item) 

 

Sometimes things don’t go according to plan, if you've received your rental piece but the event has been cancelled* you are entitled to a full refund once the piece has not been used (in any way) and is in its original condition. 

Event Changes: If you have collected the rental piece but have to reschedule you must return the headpiece and will be allowed to rent again at no additional cost.

*Please note you may be asked for proof of cancellation.
