Because our pieces are handmade and because we are a small independent business, our return policy is different than the big brands out there. We thank you very much for your understanding and compliance with our policies.

If you are not 100% happy with your LocMuse Creations purchase for any reason, you can return it for an exchange, allow us to correct any mistakes made, if on receiving this exchange you are not satisfied a full or partial refund is offered (NOT APPLICABLE TO SALE ITEMS AS THEY ARE FINAL SALE).* Your items must be unworn and in their original condition. 

* Please keep in mind we do not accept returns, replace, repair or exchange pieces that show aging since everyone's body chemistry is different and will affect the jewelry differently therefore making these factors outside of our control.

We accept returns of unworn, undamaged regular priced merchandise for an exchange and if the second order is not satisfactory a full or partial refund up to 10 days from date of purchase/exchange, provided the merchandise; 

1. Has been purchased from LocMuse Creations directly, original receipt required.

2. Has NOT been worn.

3. Is returned with its original packaging materials.

4. Please note that NO refunds/exchanges will be processed on sale items.

5. Any (free) gifted item with your order can be kept. 

Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping and delivery fees on returns that are not damaged or incorrectly shipped/delivered. 

Orders shipped with FREE shipping/delivery – Please note that for all return orders which were originally shipped out with free shipping/delivery, customers are responsible for all return shipping/delivery fees for returns that are not damaged or incorrect. 

Orders shipped or delivered - Shipping/ delivery charges will remain the cost of the customer, in other words, you will be refunded your purchase amount less the value of the shipping/delivery charges ex. $10.00 plus tax. In addition you will be responsible for the return shipping/delivery costs. 

We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, we want to know! Please contact us through our "CONTACT" Page or by emailing us at and we will be in touch as soon as possible. If you have not received a response and it's been 48 hours since you reached out please check your spam or junk folders as sometimes our reply emails are automatically sent there. 


Should you wish to make an exchange, please follow the exact same RETURN PROCEDURE. Follow all proper steps, include a copy of your receipt and please package your returns in the manner in which you received them, as we will not refund or exchange purchases which are returned to us in poor condition. 

Please allow 1-3 weeks for all returns and exchanges.
